In today’s blog I have a big question for you to ponder and that is for you to consider what your life so far has set you up to do for the rest of your life.

I appreciate that we can all interpret things differently, but for me this quote is really asking us that big question – what are we going to do with the rest of our lives?

Life is a journey full of ups and downs, hard lessons, joyful lessons, heartache, happiness and all of things that happen get us to the point where we find ourselves today. It is easy for us to potentially keep meandering through life allowing things to unfold and see what happens and where life takes us. Or we can choose to make it a more purposeful journey.

I am asking you today to stop and think about what choice you’d like to make. Please take a moment to think about your life so far:

• What has it created for you?
• Who have you become?
• What you now know as a result of the journey?
• What skills and talents do you now possess?

Once you’ve answered these questions, I am now asking you to think about what has all of this combined, set you up to do next on the journey?

Potentially, as I said previously, we can decide not to make any conscious choices to use this awareness in a purposeful way – a kind of wait and see stance.

Or we can make a conscious choice to use everything about our lives so far to have a purpose and intention for the rest of our lives.
