“The “Better Questions” approach to coaching has the potential to contribute enormously to building individual capability and a positive organisational culture.  It’s appeal stems from moving away from “telling” to empowering our work colleagues and staff through questioning. It intuitively makes sense that this approach is engaging, empowering; it builds problem solving, agency and commitment to action. I found Lindsay’s presentation style highly engaging and relatable and encourage you to consider adding this to your toolkit for growing individuals and teams.”

Kerry Presser, Executive Manager Operations, Cara Inc, Adelaide SA

“Lindsay’s warm, energetic and engaging approach set everyone at easy. Her passion for the topic was infectious and made the training  more meaningful. The staff at Kudos have been actively using better questions to help unlock the potential in others, by being more invested in listening, asking and not telling. This was an enjoyable and powerful workshop that allowed staff to reflect and think about how better questions can be used at work but also in the private lives. A really worthwhile experience.”

Kerri Harris, Service Area Manager – Kudos Services SA

“Lindsay’s Better Questions workshop was delivered at the start of our project, providing us with a strong foundation from which to work from. Our consciousness has been piqued. Better questions are certainly a better way to get better answers. Our team are now equipped with a methodology that provides us with a rewarding way to engage with and empower our clients”.
