I don’t have time!

We are all very good at using this as an excuse!

My challenge to you is to really take time to ask if it really is true. All too often we disempower ourselves by using it as a convenient excuse instead of empowering ourselves by asking a better question.

So, the next time you hear yourself saying “I don’t have time”, try asking yourself:

“What can I do to make time?”
Or
“How can I give this a go?”
Or
“Even if I cant always do it, what can I do to do it some of the time?”

You will be amazed at how often we can do something if we really want to, so empowering ourselves with a better question, enables us to not only be honest with ourselves, we often do things we didn’t think we could!
